1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mintory ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mintory regarding your use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mintory provides a non-custodial software interface for processing cryptocurrency payments. Our Service enables merchants to accept cryptocurrency payments directly to their wallets without intermediaries holding funds. We do not provide banking, money transmission, or other regulated financial services. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Non-Custodial Nature

Mintory does not take custody, control, or possession of any cryptocurrency at any time. All payments are processed directly between the payer and the merchant's wallet address. The platform serves solely as a routing and invoice management tool. We do not store private keys and cannot access, freeze, or transfer funds.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Fees

Mintory charges fees for the use of its Service as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify our fees with 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
